1. How to bind your WeChat account with your Wynn Macau membership and win a reward. To bind your WeChat account and Wynn Macau membership follow these steps:

(i) use the "WeChat" application on your mobile telephone to scan the QR Code provided by the Wynn Macau staff at the Wynn Macau marketing counter; scanning the QR code will direct you to Wynn Macau's WeChat account;

(ii) if you are not yet a Wynn Macau follower please follow us on the Wynn Macau WeChat account;

(iii) click on the link entitled WeChat Binding Rewards; you will be directed to the "WeChat Account and Wynn Macau Membership Binding Form";

(iv) please complete the form and click on "Confirm" at the bottom of the form to submit the information requested and acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions; before clicking on "Confirm" please read these terms and conditions carefully;

(v) if you chose to bind your WeChat account and Wynn Macau membership, Wynn Macau will be given access to your WeChat profile information and identification number;

(vi) once you have submitted the information requested and acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions a confirmation page will appear;

(vii) please present the confirmation page to the Wynn Macau staff at our marketing counter to redeem and collect your reward;

(viii) for the avoidance of doubt, you are allowed to redeem one (1) gift only with the successful binding of your WeChat account and Wynn Macau membership.

2. The binding of your WeChat account and Wynn Macau membership will allow Wynn Macau to collect your WeChat profile information so we can keep you up-to-date on selected Wynn Group offers and events.

3. By clicking on "Confirm" in this WeChat Account and Wynn Macau Membership Binding Form, YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE the Wynn Group (meaning all companies directly or indirectly controlled by Wynn Resorts, Limited, including Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A., also designated as "Wynn Macau" for the purposes of these terms and conditions) and designated service providers acting under the authority of the Wynn Group ("Processors") to collect, use, analyze, verify, process, and store, by any means, your personal data, including, without limitation, your personal data provided in this form, your WeChat profile information and identification number, and your search history, preferences and interests (all collectively the "Data"), for one or more of the following purpose: (i) for the purposes of this WeChat Account and Wynn Macau Membership binding and the redemption of any rewards related thereto, (ii) for marketing and customization of marketing offers (including keeping you updated on Wynn Group offers and events), (iii) for market research, surveys and assessments on the quality of Wynn Group services, (iv) for integration or segmentation (if any) of Wynn Group databases to ensure consistency, (v) for audits (including audits by Wynn Group companies internal and external auditors), and (vi) to ensure the safety of persons and assets. You also expressly authorize the sharing of your WeChat profile information and identification number with the Wynn Group for the same purposes. As a way to continuously improve our offers and send our members selected materials that are of interest to them, we may use a designated Processor (such as Beijing EverMotion Technology Co., Ltd.) to periodically review your Data (defined above) using up-to-date marketing tools and models, including by inferring insights, to develop a member profile and funnel advertising relevant to you. Data on members that bind their WeChat Account and Wynn Macau Membership is transferred to a newly created online platform residing in Wynn Macau. By clicking on "Confirm", you agree to the processing of your Data as set out above.

4. YOU FURTHER EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE that your Data be (i) disclosed to all Wynn Group companies, to Processors (including, without limitation, service providers that own, operate or assist with the development of, or provide logistic support to, systems or platforms the services provided or information made available by the Wynn Group are based in (such as the newly created online platform mentioned in paragraph 3), e-mail service providers, data management service providers, and/or companies that assist with development or support to Wynn Group marketing campaigns, events, surveys or quality assessments), and to public authorities with jurisdiction over the Wynn Group, and (ii) transferred to, processed or stored at any jurisdictions, or on the cloud (including, without limitation, Macau, the United States of America, Hong Kong, and other jurisdictions where the Wynn Group may have offices, such as other regions of the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Singapore and/or Japan).

5. YOU ACCEPT that your personal data be kept in the Wynn Group's databases for a period of seven (7) years from completion of the binding, unless the Wynn Group may need to retain the information for a longer period, for purposes provided for in the law.

6. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that you will be given access to your personal data, and may request its rectification/update/deletion (to the extent possible and commercially reasonable), withdraw your authorization or simply opt-out from receiving marketing materials at any time by writing to dataprotection@wynnmacau.com. You acknowledge that you can opt-out from receiving marketing materials without charge, and that requests for data access/correction/deletion may be subject to payment of reasonable administration costs.

7. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that lack of authorization may prevent you from redeeming the benefit for which the information is required.
